If you’re having trouble viewing or downloading your receipt, these steps usually fix it:

  • Tap Open to view the PDF in a new tab.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome / Safari / Edge).
  • If you’re on iPhone/iPad, use “Save to Files” from the Share menu.
  • If a receipt link doesn’t load, request a new link from the merchant.
